Support at Home is Australian Government funding that helps you stay independent at home for longer. With Ozcare, your care is coordinated by a dedicated Care Partner who gets to know you, listens to what matters most, and adjusts your support as your needs change. From allied health and personal care to everyday help at home, your Care Partner brings everything together, so your care feels simpler, more personal and more connected.

We can help you understand whether you’re eligible for government‑supported care and guide you through the assessment process if you need support along the way.
