Our Townsville centre is a supportive, friendly environment where you can enjoy activities and build connections. Our centre features a courtyard garden, which is a highlight for many of our clients and staff who enjoy pottering around and getting their hands dirty.
We offer group and individual activities designed to foster friendships and support your independence, with assistance from our trained, caring staff.

Opening Hours
Monday to Friday from 7.00 am – 6.00 pm
Please notify us of late cancellations between 7.30 am and 8.00 am on the day.
Activities
Physical activities include: gentle exercises, Tai Chi, indoor games, carpet bowls, ten-pin bowling, dancing, movement to music, outdoor games, croquet, mini golf, bocce, and more.
Mental stimulation activities include: crafts, shuffleboard, word games, puzzles, group quizzes (Scattegories, Family Feud), board games (train dominoes, cards, canasta, euchre, 500, cribbage, Sequence, Rummy Kub), reading, access to technology such as computers, and more.
Social activities include: discussion groups, reading groups, concerts, school groups, guest presenters, product/trade demonstrations, outings, and more
Other activities include:
- Art events and painting classes
- Horticultural therapy with guided gardening
- Workshop activities
- Community events such as Seniors Week and celebrations throughout the year
- Indigenous events
Activities are designed to be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or impairment.
