What should I expect next?
Applications Reviewed
All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager based on the requirements of the role as outlined in the position description. This will usually happen within the fortnight after the closing date and only short-listed applicants may be contacted.
Applications Shortlisted
Short-listed applicants are then interviewed by a panel including the hiring manager and at least one other person. This interview is designed to find out more information about each applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the role.
Preferred Application Shortlisted
If you’re the preferred applicant we’ll contact your referees, including your most recent supervisor or manager, and request from you copies of documents required for the role (e.g. current police screening certificate, vaccination records, certificates etc)
