As part of our Strategic Vision for 2022 – 2026, Ozcare has committed to developing and implementing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to achieve a structured approach that advances reconciliation with our First Nations peoples.
Guided by our Mission and our Values, we are dedicated to welcoming and serving people from all walks of life, regardless of their background or beliefs, and to creating a more just and compassionate society. Our RAP expands on this commitment.
We are pleased to now share our inaugural ‘Reflect’ RAP which has been officially endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and outlines the actions we will be taking over the coming 18 months.
