Board member since 2014. A current Vice President for St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland State Council. Formerly Group Finance Director, Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd. Extensive financial management, strategic planning and general management experience, at senior management and board levels in large corporations, over a career spanning 40 years.

Anthony Godfrey
Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications: CA, B Fin Admin
Chief Executive Officer since 2012. Board member from 1999 until August 2016. A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance, Mr Godfrey has held executive positions with Ozcare for over 20 years and was previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Peter Driver
Director
Qualifications: FCPA, JP (Qual), B. Bus
Board member since 2016. Certified Practising Accountant – partner in a private accounting business in regional Queensland. Over 20 years experience in senior management positions in private and public organisations. Former State Councillor and Treasurer of St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland State Council.

John Forrest
Director
Board member since 2021. As State Council President in Queensland from 2014-2018, as well as being a Vice President on State Council from 1998-2001, John has served terms as president at conference, regional and diocesan level and was a member of SVDP National Council from 2014-2018. His working life encompassed public broadcast production, electrical engineering, and building construction. John was acknowledged for nearly three decades of service to The Society and his invaluable contribution when he became the recipient of The Vincentian Cross in 2019, the highest award available from The Society.

Qualifications: B.Eng Mechatronics, M.Eng, GradDipBus, MAICD, PHD candidate
Board member since 2021. Extensive Board experience, with tenures on several boards nationally, ranging from superannuation, property development, building services, health services and not-for-profits. Currently researching a PHD at Bond University on advanced home care technology for dementia care.

Qualifications: B.Sc. Computer Science, MBA, Grad Cert Applied Law, GAICD
Board member since 2020. Declan brings with him extensive experience as a technology executive in both public and private sector. Declan is highly skilled in strategy, technology, risk, governance, financial management and digital transformation.

Glynis Schultz
Director
Board member since 2020. Senior Director, Community and Oral Health, Metro North Hospital and Health Service. An experienced senior executive in health, former clinician and formerly Chief Executive South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS). Extensive knowledge of the aged care industry and significant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partner organisations and across local, state and commonwealth governments.

Christine McMillan
Director
Qualifications: MBR, B. Bus, DipAppSc, MAICD
Board member since 2022. Extensive board and senior executive experience across the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Former CEO of Cancer Council Queensland and a member of the Metro North HHS Board Community Advisory Committee. Wide-ranging background and expertise in health and social services. Formerly Nurse Educator Princess Alexandra Hospital; Community Health – Qld Department Health; Midwifery & Child Health Nursing.

Robert Baker

Qualifications: B. Bus (Accountancy), FCA, GAICD
Board member since 2022. Former Managing Partner (Audit), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) with 40 years’ experience supporting businesses in a variety of sectors. Currently serving on the board of five for-profit organisations, three of which are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and a board career spanning a decade in both not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. A Vincentian, Robert has been a member of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland for the past 10 years.
